I love smiling!

Alright, so today I didn't have a very good day and then I came home and it got worse! I hate these kind of days. Well, I got a text from one of my best friends Haeley and it said she had sent me an e-mail. So I went to the computer and she had written a poem about me - at disneyland! It made me smile! This is it:

Disneyland was great and fun,
Riding everything one by one.
But that's not why I sent this mail,
It's okay, though! Don't grow pale.

For all I want to do is simply praise
Your fabulous vocals which you raised
Above the awning, under which we sang
Your voice so clear it fairly rang.

You stressed over cracking, oil was your friend,
But your solo came, and before the end,
You'd delivered it perfectly! Without a hitch!
The whole entire time you were on pitch!

I must say, I've become rather proud
To have a friend like you (with whom I can be loud).
And what's more- we can sing! We can sing!
We can hit those tunes better than anything!

So, all I want to say is this:
When you're a big star, don't forget me, Miss!
Who knows what's next around the bend?
We'll know later. But for now... THE END!

Disneyland!

Sorry that I haven't posted anything in awhile. Life is really busy especially now that it is the end of the school year. Well, last weekend, as a choir, my school went to Disneyland! We performed in Disneyland, and I had a solo!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was an amazing trip. Here's what we did:

Wed: We (Haeley and I) got to the school at 11:30 at night and loaded seperate buses. :( We attempted to sleep but that was an epic fail!

Thurs: We woke up in front of an IHOP in California and ate a delicious breakfast there. We then traveled to a High school and gave them a little concert. They also sang some songs for us. They were AMAZING. They are the #1 high school show choir in America and they have been for the past 3 years. After listening to their amazing choir we loaded the buses, yet again, and went to the beach. Some of my friends and I went to lunch and then walked to the beach. Parker and I built a pretty awesome sand castle! We then walked back to the buses and loaded them to go back to the hotel so that we could get ready to go to dinner. After we had been at the hotel for about an hour we loaded the buses and went to The Pirates Dinner Theater in California. It was a awesome experiance. It was really, really fun and the actors were really amazing. After that we went back to the hotel and our chaperones told us our curfew was 11 o'clock. That meant we had an hour. Who could have foretold that during that hour we would have drama...of all places to have drama, why in Caifornia? That was super fun (if you can't tell I am using a sarcastic tone!) But anyway, after that we all went to our rooms and slept. On a bed. It was heavenly!

Fri: I woke up at 5: 30 am. I got ready for the day and then met my bud Haeley outside of my hotel room and we walked to breakfast with eachother. I brought all my luggage down to the lobby and my daddy came to the hotel and picked it up ( did I forget to tell you: my family traveled to California to watch me at Disneyland!) So after he picked up my luggage all of us loaded the buses and headed to Disneyland. Once we got there we went into the park and did what we wanted to do for 2 hours. Haeley and I went on the carosel, the Tea Cups , and It's A Small World and then we met our group at the Toon Town Bridge. We wer brought back stage and prepared to go on stage. Ahhhhhh! I woke up that morning with a major sore throught and was getting really, really nervous. Well we went on stage, and the stage was soooooo much smaller than they told us it would be and we were sooooooo squished up on stage. Well to make a long story short we did fine. My feet were about to fall off but we did fine. And Haeley and I rocked our solos! After we had changed and gotten back into the park, I went off with some of my other friends Marissa, Kelsey, Jayme, Whitney, and Shea and we ate lunch and then headed over to California Adventures, We met up with Parker and Sysko and we rode Tower of Terror and California Screamin'. We hung out at the park fo a couple hours and rode California Screamin' 2 more times and it is now my favorite ride. After that we went back to Disneyland and we rode some more rides. I then met up with my dad and my sisters and they took me to a hotel while the rest of the choir loaded the buses and attempted yet again to sleep on the bus.

Sat: I woke up At 9 and my faimily and I went out to breakfast at dennys and then went to the Beach. After that we headed home and got home at about 10:30 that night!

I am so grateful I was able to go on this trip. I had so much fun. Thanks to all my fellow classmates, you guys made this the best trip yet!

Below are some pictures taken of me on this trip and there will be more to come. Sorry I look kinda retarded in some (I was really tired).

Ugh! AIMS!!!!

Alrighty, so this week we had to take the AIMS test (well it was called the Stanford 10 but whatever). Anyway, it was the stupidist test I have ever taken and I am so glad that next year will be the last yeat I will have to take AIMS. So I went to the Minute Clinic today after school to talk to the lady about my eye and she gave me these drops that I have to put in every 4 hours! How annoying, right? So hopefully it will make my eye feel better. Tomorrow I am going to see The Mouse That ROARED at my school with my friends Haeley and Taryn and I am super excited, I can't wait. Well thats all I have been doing lately and hopefully something exciting will happen this week so my blog posts won't bore you to death!

What's up with me lately

Okay, have you ever had those dreams were this romantic guy comes in and rescues you from whatever danger you may be in and kissess you? Well I have and I love those dreams. Last night I had one kind of like that except I liked it alot better than one of those dreams. There was this really cute guy, I don't know who he was (no, really I am not just saying that to hide his name). That did make me a little disappointed though because I kinda like someone right now. Anyways, the mystery guy was getting married to me and he was LDS too so we were going to get married in the temple. And he watched General Conference with me. Fabulous, right? I guess you never know what the future is going to hold. Just a little side note last night I went and saw Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde which AYT was performing. It was fabulous. And thumbs up to my friends Haeley, Ryan, and Geneal who were in it, you did amazing. I am sooooooo lucky to have such talented friends.
